Whitehouse Farm Guest Cottages, Conditions of Hire:
1. Visitors undertake to leave the cottages in a clean and tidy condition as found.
2. Visitors are responsible for any breakages or damage, and must inform the owners of such.
3. The owners reserve the right to seek compensation for any damage discovered after guests have departed.
4. Visitors must refrain from smoking in the cottage bedrooms at all times.
5. Full payment must be made at least 6 weeks before start of the rental period.
6. Vehicles and accessories are left at the owners risk and we will not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
7. Cancellation is effective from the date we receive your written notification, deposits are non refundable.
8. Availability, if for any unforeseeable event such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, criminal damage, riot,war, natural disasters and all similar situations beyond our control, our liabilities are limited to offering a full refund of monies paid. We also reserve the right to refuse to hand over accommodation to any persons who in our opinion is not suitable to take charge. All monies paid will be refunded and the contract terminated.
9. Pets are accepted only by prior arrangement. You must provide your own pet bedding, as pets will not be allowed on any furniture (i.e. beds, chairs, settee etc.). Pets must not be left unattended and must not foul in the outside area of the cottages. In the interest of safety we will not accept American Pit-Bull Terriers, Japanese Tosas, Fila Brasilieros and Dog Argention. Finally: these conditions are imposed to be mutually beneficial. If you have any suggestions or cause for complaint, please contact the owners.
Please telephone for availability, and provisionally book the accommodation BEFORE completing and returning this booking form, deposits can be made by cheque (payable to: Skayman Guest Cottages).
